Changelog
What changed, and what it means for a pack you have already sent.
Extraction behaviour and the Attachment A ruleset are versioned separately. Every results pack records the version that produced it, so a change here never silently rewrites a figure a lender has already seen.

Fin-XTract 1.0 · Attachment A v3.1
Fin-XTract opens for brokers
The first release reads a borrower's financial statements, applies the Attachment A add-backs across the current and prior year, and has Claude check every figure against the pages before anything reaches a lender.
- PDF, Word and photographed or scanned statements, up to 15 pages and 10 MB each. Nothing is stored: files are read in memory and discarded when the run ends.
- Claude reads scanned statements, works out the entity, year and pages to use, and checks every figure against the page images.
- Interest, one-off income and asset disposals are raised for the broker to decide — in full, in part by an amount you enter, or not at all — with a letter to the accountant drafted from the statement.
- Every results pack records Attachment A v3.1, the ruleset that produced it, and carries its own audit trail.
A change to how a figure is treated is listed here with the ruleset version it arrives in. Packs you have already exported keep the version that produced them.
